Every Uncommon Wigs piece is backed by our commitment to quality craftsmanship and premium human hair.

What's covered

We guarantee our wigs against manufacturing defects in the cap construction, lace, and wefting for a defined period from your delivery date. If you receive a piece with a genuine craftsmanship fault, we will repair or replace it.

What's not covered

Normal wear and tear, damage from improper heat styling or chemical treatment, and issues arising from not following our care guide are not covered under warranty.
