As each coloured unit is individually prepared, slight variations in tone may occur. This means every piece is unique while still staying true to the intended shade.

All wigs are cut and styled on a mannequin, which may result in slight differences in layering or shape once worn.
Please note that a wig altered at your request before shipping (for example lace cut or parting changed) cannot be returned.
