ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
READY TO SHIP WIGS
Ready-to-ship wigs are in stock and will be dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
All units are sold as shown. If you would like any small adjustments, such as styling, changing the parting or adding a fringe, you can include your request in the order notes. Please note that any requested alterations, including cutting the lace, will make the item non-returnable.
PRE-ORDER WIGS
Wigs from our pre-order collection are made to order and have an estimated turnaround time of 4–6 weeks.
Once your wig is completed, we will contact you via email and may share photos of the finished unit before arranging shipment.
CUSTOM WIGS
Custom wigs can be requested through our Custom Order Form and are created based on your personal preferences.
Production time is typically 6–8 weeks, depending on the design. Once your custom unit is complete, we will contact you with an update and provide photos before shipping.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands using a secure and tracked delivery service.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your order arrives safely.
International orders are shipped via courier and typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on the destination.
PLEASE NOTE
For customers outside the EU, import duties, taxes and VAT may be charged once your order reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
READY TO SHIP WIGS
Ready-to-ship wigs within the EU are eligible for return. If you wish to return your item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
The wig must be returned in its original condition, completely unaltered and with the lace still intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Once the item is received and approved, a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.
If preferred, you may also choose to exchange your wig or use the value towards a custom order.
